We advise you always to supply fonts together with the design, or to convert the text into outlines.
Hardcopy for photographic reproduction as large as possible, and of good quality, in black and white on max. A4. When supplying files intended for multi-colour precision printing or full colour work, please contact the printing department regarding the required technical details. The supply of films only in accordance with the printing department !
Padprint: Pad printing is a printing technique suitable for almost all backgrounds and shapes. The design is first applied to a metal printing plate by means of a photographic process. The design is then transferred onto the article by a pad (a rubber intermediary). A variety of shapes can be printed by means of variously shaped pads. For most articles it is possible to print in one or more colours. Most of the articles shown in the catalogue that are made from synthetic materials, are printed using the pad printing method. Ceramic items printed in pad printing are not baked at high temperatures. The adhesion of ink on ceramic items cannot be fully guaranteed for dishwashing at high temperatures. If a full guarantee of ink adhesion is needed we recommend the use of screen transfers for ceramic materials.

Roundscreenprint: to decorate pens with a bigger logo we can print the pens round in screenprint. For more information, you can ask your contact person.

Screen printed transfer: Screen printed transfer, the logo is printed in screen on a paper so called transfer. The transfer is cut into the size of the logo and then via heat press applied to the article. It is mostly used for textile and umbrellas. Some of our articles that can be screen printed in one colour, have to be printed via transfers when a multi-colour logo is required. It is also used when fine details have to be printed that cannot be printed by regular silkscreen printing.

Digital transfer: Digital transfer, with a plotter the logo is printed digitally on an adhesive plastic which at the same time is cut by digital control. Once the transfer is cut according to the desired shape it is transferred via a heat press. This kind of transfer can suit to most of our textile materials but we do not recommend its use on certain materials as nylons used on umbrellas. Shapes made in different cuts add complexity in the cutting and the peeling processes are on request. Our prices list only includes any king of basic shapes which can be made in a single cut.

Ceramic transfer: Ceramic transfer, a screen printed transfer is first applied to the ceramic material and then is baked in an oven at a temperature higher than 700°C. During the baking process ceramic’s pores open and the ink is mixed with the ceramic itself. Once the ceramic is cold the ink can’t be removed from the ceramic by any of the conventional uses of the ceramic items.

Embroidery: Embroidery is a technique where the logo is sewed on the article. Embroidery is used for caps, bags, textiles etc. The pricing of Embroidery depends on the number of stitches and the size of the logo. The colour will be defined by the colour of the thread. The maximum number of colours of the threads is 15. An Embroidery card needs to be made for reproducing the logo onto the article. Full surface logo’s or logo’s with gold and silver cord, are more expensive to produce.

Laser engraving: Laser engraving is a method in which the design is burned into the material. The laser beam is controlled digitally by a computer. The colour of the engraving is determined by the background material and the layers underneath the surface.

Embossing: Embossing, through a relieved stamp the design is being pressed into the product. As a result of the press the design is passed to the material. Embossing can only be used on most real leather materials. It is possible to stamp on certain items films of gold, silver and other colour with the use of a stamp containing the desired relieve. Our price list does not contain the additional costs of stamping films.

Doming: Doming is a combination of a printout from a logo on a sticker and a 2 component epoxy resin that is applied to the printout, which gives a nice transparent bubble. The resin is not only crystal clear but also protects the image below against scratches and gives an extra dimension to it. The sticker can be multi-coloured. The resin highlights the logo.

Digital printing: Digital printing is an inkjet printing technique, for flat and 3D shaped items, on nearly all materials. Your logo will be digitally printed directly onto the item in an extreme high quality. The artwork will always be printed in full colour and the details can be extremely fine. From simple text to high definition pictures, all is possible. Printing is done with a great accuracy, making it very suitable for multiple colour printing. It is also possible to match Pantone colours. Even printing up to the edges of the printing surface is possible, causing the imprint size to be significantly bigger than in pad print. Depending on the material it can be that a white base needs to be printed first or that the material needs to be pre-treated.

Digital label: With a plotter the logo is printed digitally on sticker material, which at the same time is cut by digital control. Your logo is printed in full colour. The print quality is very high and the details very fine. The prices are only includes any kind of basic shapes which can be made in a single cut. Shapes made in different cuts add complexity in the cutting and the peeling processes are on request.

- Printed colours may differ because of the background colour of the product.
- The coated version of the Pantone Colour Guide (C) should be used as a colour reference.
- Ink adhesion may not be good on all metal products and INVOLUTION cannot be held responsible for ink adhesion on metal and chrome items, you may also be asked to sign a disclaimer to this effect.
- After printing, ink on metal items should at least dry for 8 days after that to be resistant against scratching.
- Colour coverage is not 100% on coarser textiles. Transfer printing is then preferred.
- Rounded products have a limited printable surface.
- Not all Caps admit printing on front surfaces. Embroidery or transfer printing are good alternatives. We advise you to consult our Customer Care Department on these matters.
If necessary, INVOLUTION can pack and ship the printed goods in different quantities and cartons as stated in the price list. This goes also for the packing of the items (polybags).

Any complaints must be made within 14 days of the order being received. After this it is not possible to verify the accuracy of a complaint.

INVOLUTION assumes that all supplied artwork is copyright free, and can therefore be used in the form that the files are supplied in.

1. Our order confirmation mentions the latest delivery date, but we always try to deliver your order a little earlier.

2. If you have ordered non-printed corporate gifts, then your order will almost always be delivered to you by one of the major carriers (DHL, TNT, UPS, or DPD). Printed corporate gifts are usually delivered by a transport company from your region. For this purpose, we use a logistic network of several Belgian carriers.

3. Your order will be delivered on a weekday between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. Someone should be present at the delivery address, to accept the order. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time slot for the delivery. If it cannot be delivered, a second attempt will be made on the next working day. If delivery fails again, a message will be left so you can contact the carrier directly.

4. Since orders are usually delivered to business addresses, delivery is usually problem-free. It is also possible to have your order delivered at a private address, but we do not recommend it. Carriers often have problems with trucks in residential areas, and there are other limiting factors that could result in your order not being delivered (on time). For that reason, we recommend that you always choose for your orders to be delivered to a business address.

1. PRICES
The prices charged are understood to be EXCLUSIVE OF TAXES, ex works, in effect on the date of delivery. The supplementary expenses of postage and marking will be additionally invoiced to the customer. The prices are given as an indication and are capable of being modified, by reason of monetary changes, increases in raw material prices or other authorised increases.

2. SUPPLEMENTARY TAXES
The indicated prices are accompanied by the obligatory taxes in effect, the principal one being the VAT, whose known rate is currently 21%.

3. QUANTITY
Due to uncertainties of production and printing, the orders are accepted subject to a tolerance of 10% plus or minus of the quantities ordered. After execution, the invoicing will be established in conformity with the quantities actually delivered.

4. SAMPLING
Lent-out samples that are not returned within a period of one month from the date agreed for the return of these samples, as well as damaged samples, will be invoiced to the customer.

5. COMPLAINTS
The examination of the goods must be done by the purchaser when they are received. Any complaint must be addressed within 48 hours from the date of delivery of said goods. Once this period has passed, the order will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser. In the event of dispute, the customer must express all reservations upon the arrival of the merchandise and address a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the transporter, with a copy to INVOLUTION SA. The purchaser must undertake to preserve intact the part of the order at issue.

6. DELIVERY
Unless specified otherwise when the order is taken, the delivery periods have an indicative character. Any delay cannot give rise to any indemnity in the customer’s favour, nor justify a refusal to accept the goods, a cancellation of the order or an extension of the payment period. In the event of a request for rapid delivery, i.e. within 72 hours, the additional costs of express transport will be borne by the customer and the prices charged may form the object of a surcharge.

7. TRANSPORT
The goods are always transported at the risk of the addressee, even when shipped FREE OF CHARGE. INVOLUTION SA cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any delay for whatever reason, damage, shortages or losses that occur during transportation. In the event of such occurrences, it is the addressee’s responsibility to seek recourse against the transporters and in conformity with the legal provisions in effect.

8. CREATION
In conformity with the customs that govern the professions of advertising and the laws on artistic and literary ownership, INVOLUTION SA is the sole owner of the rights attaching to its creations. For any model, mock-up, sample, design furnished by the customer, the latter guarantees, prior to its use, that their reproduction cannot under any circumstances infringe the rights or the industrial property of any third party. Accordingly, any direct or indirect damage that INVOLUTION SA should suffer due to a failure, on the part of the customer, to respect the rights of others, must be borne and compensated by the customer’s manager.

9. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The goods ordered must be paid for in accordance with the following terms:
An advance of 30% of the amount, all taxes included, must be paid when the order is placed
The invoices will be paid, either IN CASH, or by cheque or bill of exchange 30 days end of month

Any delay in payment will entail the payability of penalties calculated at a rate equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, and this without prejudice to the collection costs and any damages

10. RESERVATION OF TITLE
In compliance with the provisions of the law, INVOLUTION SA will remain owner of the goods until they have been fully paid for by the customer.

11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the event of disputes, the Court of NIVELLES alone has jurisdiction. The acceptance of our offers and the signing of the order form entail adherence without reservation to the above conditions.
